If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return items within 14 days of original purchase date.

To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition. 

To return a purchase, please email info@tradeshawaii.com with your order number and items you wish to return.

Upon accepted return request, USPS postage will be provided only.

All sales final on any sale or discounted items.
